China Soaring Crane QiGong (CSCQ) was originated on November 19,1980. CSCQ's originator namely Master Zhao Jin Xiang. CSCQ is easy to practice, quick to acquire energy, and to clean channels. It is also effective in curing chronic diseases, and tapping the latent power.

What is QiGong? "Qi" can be equivalent as the basic of everything while "Gong" carries the meaning of 'the root'. QiGong is a practical exercise which help to promote the ability of the mind in controlling the body, enhancing inherent functions as well as tapping latent capacity in ones body to acheive the highest intergration and relative balance of mind and body.

Achievement of CSCQ:
CSCQ has been proved in curing many kinds of diseases, such as follows:
(i) illnesses along the digestive tract
(ii) illnesses along respiratory tract
(iii) rheumatic arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, sciatic neuralgia, and pains in the waist and/or in the lower exremities caused by lumbar vertebra spur of renal deficiency
(iv) nervous system disorder such as neuro-headache

CSCQ is a kind of QiGong invented by observing the movement of a crane. The movement of a crane is the main stunts in the CSCQ. The originator - Master Zhao which originated from China, suffered from chronic fibrocavitiative TB in the age of 16 years old. Master Zhao went to Beijing to enroll in the Beijing Government through examination. Owing to overwork, he was diagnosed to have the disease of chronic fibrocavitiative TB. His kinfolk were all good at qigong and martial arts. He was brought up in the Oriental culture and was endowed with special qualities and traits. The desire to find out ways in curing his disease has motivated him to study the chinese traditional medicine and Qigong. While practising Qigong, he wrote his prescriptions according to the chinese traditional medicine. As a results, his TB is cured. At last, Master Zhao met a relative who was highly accomplishment in Qigong, under his guidance and the observations in crane activities and movements, Master Zhao attained perfection in the precreation of the CSCQ.

Due to the desire in finding ways to cure his disease, he practice Qigong hardly and finally he discovered China Soaring Crane Qigong by his meditation. And this CSCQ's routine is motified from the movement of cranes. CSCQ has been proved to cure variety of diseases found in MAN. This is a force-fitting techniques uses to solve problems ~bionics~. Master Zhao has used the technique of bionics in curing mankind disease by practising movement of crane in his qigong invention.



Stipulate Definition

Stipulate Definition refers to the usage of a word or phrase in a new way. This technique has been used in defining the meaning of "Qi" and "Gong". "Qi" is a originate mandarin words which carries the meaning of "gas". "Gong" in mandarin means martial arts. From the introduction of CSCQ, the word "Qi" has been defined as "the basic of everything" while "gong" was defined as "the root". This shows that the two words have been used in a new way. Thus the technique of Stipulate Definition has been applied.
